The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District, a center for surveying and mapping services worldwide, awarded our firm two consecutive indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts requiring a full range of remote sensing and geospatial products and services. On our first contract, we completed 27 geospatial task orders, supplying products and services such as aerial imagery and lidar data acquisition and processing; third-party lidar quality assurance/quality control; photogrammetric and planimetric mapping; orthophotography production; high-resolution topographic/bathymetric product generation services; contour generation from lidar, ground survey and control services; and geographic information system (GIS) services.

Under one task order issued by the St. Louis District, we completed the rewrite of their Engineering Manual 1110-1-1000 in May of 2015, now entitled Photogrammetric and LiDAR Mapping. The specifications and guidelines within the updated manual are followed corps-wide. Under our contract, we have acquired and processed more than 9,000 square miles of lidar and performed independent product validation and quality assurance of an additional 8,000 square miles.
